Volunteers are essential to providing quality services to the residents of our community, they are the heart and soul of our City. Volunteers make a difference in the success of our programs offered to the community.
Minimum age requirement: 13 years old.
The Community Services Department at in need of volunteers to help with the following City events:
- Bark Around Ayala Park, Saturday, March 12, 2016 at Ruben S. Ayala Park, 6:30 - 9:30 a.m. Volunteers needed for concierge, dog agility course, registration, information and check-in booths.
- Healthy Family Day, Saturday, April 2, 2016 at Ruben S. Ayala Park, 6:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. Volunteers are needed for concierge, obstacle course, registration and check-in booths.
- Chino Youth Track and Field Meet, Saturday, April 16, 2016 at Chino High School, John Monger Stadium, 7:00 a.m. - 12:15 p.m. or 12:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. Volunteers are needed to assist with the Kiwanis Club snack bar, long jump, softball throw, and awards areas. Also volunteers needed in the staging areas and navigating participants from running event finish line back to staging area.
