Apartment Communities Offering Affordable Housing The City of Chino and the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Chino work with private for-profit and non-profit developers to develop affordable rental housing for low and moderate income households, including seniors and families. As a result of these partnerships, several rental communities in the City of Chino offer affordable rental opportunities. Each of these communities are privately owned and operated. As such, interested parties should contact the leasing agent at each property that they are interested in to get specific details about affordable rental opportunities at that location. A list of the communities that offer affordable rental opportunities in the City of Chino is provided below.
