Picnic Shelter Reserve a Picnic Shelter for your party...Ayala Park—South, Ayala Park—North, Cypress Trails Park, Garden Park, Liberty Park, Mountain View Park, Shady Grove Park, Walnut Park and Villa Park. All other parks are available on a first come basis with no reservation required. Effective January 1, 2009 park group picnic shelters can be reserved year-round, including all holidays, through the Community Services Department. For more information call (909) 591-9834. Fill out a reservation form at the Carolyn Owens Community Center. Residents may reserve up to 6 months in advance. All reservations are subject to City guidelines. Approval is granted by the Community Services Department. Moon Bouncers can only be used on a City facility by permit. $25.00 additional fee. Parks are monitored by staff to ensure that all City guidelines are being followed. All reservations must be done in person at the Carolyn Owens Community Center, 13201 Central Avenue.
