S.O.A.R. (Students on a Rise) is a grant funded program that provides enrichment activities to create an enthusiasm for learning and increased student success in the areas of reading, writing, verbal, mathematics, social science, science and the arts. Planned activities are fun, challenging, and developmentally appropriate for each student. S.O.A.R. is a collaboration between the Chino Valley Unified School District (CVUSD) and the City of Chino. The program is available for students in grades 1st – 6th and enrollment in the program means attending five days a week Monday – Friday, from school dismissal time until 6:00 p.m. Snacks are provided.
