Teen Opportunity Program (TOP)

TEENS, do you need VOLUNTEER hours? Learn about the Teen Opportunity Program and MEET other teens like you who want to have fun, while volunteering in the community!TOP Flyer Poster 2018

Monthly meetings are held the second Thursday or every month at 6:00 - 7:00 p.m.

To enroll in the Teen Opportunity Program, please submit both the TOP Enrollment Application and City Volunteer Corp application.  Teens must attend monthly meetings to learn more and sign-up for volunteer assignments.

Teen Opportunity Program:

  • For teens in 7th through 12th grades (13-18 years of age) who are friendly, enthusiastic, and eager to help in the community. 
  • Participants will develop interpersonal skills and learn through hands-on assignments.  
  • Chino Community Services staff will train and assign TOP Volunteers within the City’s programs and special events throughout the year.

Chino Experience Teen Center - FREE Monthly Workshops

FREE monthly workshops are offered at 3:30-4:30 p.m., on the dates listed below for teens, young adults, and parents.  These workshops are designed to help participants gain knowledge and awareness of current topics such as; bullying, peer pressure, social media, volunteering, and planning for education, college and career.  Snacks will be provided.
