Domestic Violence Counseling: In cooperation with the Chino Police Department, this program provides counseling, information and referral services to families and victims of domestic violence. Individual counseling and support groups are available.

Referral Card Program: This collaborative program partners with the Chino Police Department to provide domestic violence intervention as a result of referrals made by the Police Department at the time of a domestic disturbance call. The Referral Card Program was developed after two departments within the City of Chino saw a need within the community and worked together to develop a program that would benefit the citizens of Chino.
