The Chino Business Resource Center is located at Chino University Hall on the second floor of the Carolyn Owens Community Center
at 13201 Central Avenue.
The Chino Business Resource Center (BRC) is a great place to begin your search for information to start or expand your business. The Chino BRC includes a business resource library to assist with your business plan research and/or writing, as well as workshops and seminars to assist you with your business start-up or expansion needs. The Chino BRC also provides valuable office and meeting space for business resource agencies that provide assistance to small businesses.
Several partnering agencies use the Chino BRC, including UC Riverside, Chaffey College, the Inland Empire Small Business Development Center (IESBDC), the San Bernardino County Economic Development Agency, and the Chino Valley Chamber of Commerce.
The Chino BRC provides the following workshops and trainings to the public:

English and Spanish language workshops offered by the IESBDC, for small business owners and residents interested in starting a business or expanding their small business;

Selected curriculum offered by UC Riverside; and

One-on-one consulting for business start-up or expansion.
