What To Expect
Your request will be sent to the appropriate department and you'll receive a confirmation. You’ll receive email updates and can return to the site to check the status of submitted issues. When the issue is resolved, the issue will be closed and you’ll be notified.
Report An Issue
My Chino is not monitored 24/7. Issues related to public safety should be reported directly to the City of Chino’s Non-Emergency Line at 909-628-1234 or if an emergency call 911.
Submit each issue separately and make sure the address you're providing is the location of the issue being reported.
