Affordable housing opportunities are available within the City of Chino. You can view the Housing Resource Guide (PDF) for a list of privately owned and operated communities. Interested parties should contact the community leasing agent regarding availability, waiting lists, and qualifications.

The Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program provides rental assistance to eligible low-income households. The Housing Authority of the County of San Bernardino (HACSB) administers the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program and operates affordable housing communities in the City of Chino, and numerous other locations throughout the county.
