Crime Information
Chino Police Department (PD) has partnered with CrimeMapping.com to provide neighborhood crime reports on a daily basis. This information is updated once a day. The data does not include general calls for service or police activity with no report. In addition, some case types are withheld in order to comply with the law and protect victims' rights, such as in most sexual assaults, crimes against children, domestic violence and calls that are medical in nature. Some case data may change if the investigation is ongoing and more information about the crime is available.
Community members can type in an address and time frame by date to view detailed information about crimes within the requested area.
Disclaimer: Please note that CrimeMapping.com is a third party partner. As a result, there may be some margin of error. No warranty or guarantee is made nor implied regarding the content, location accuracy, timeframes, sequence or accuracy. The information is automatically pulled from data sources and is provided as a courtesy to the community. Community members are encouraged to call Chino PD if you have specific crime statistic questions or crime concerns. The Crime Prevention Unit is available to discuss neighborhood safety, concerns and prevention tips. Crime Prevention may be reached at 909-334-3087.
The State of California Department of Justice Registered Sex Offender Database with information on sex offenders is available online. Visit the Megan's Law website to access this information.
The database may be searched by name, county of residence, or by zip code. Searches by City or address are not permitted. The database contains photographs, physical descriptions, and offenses the registrant was convicted of. The database does not prove the addresses of registered sex offenders. The database provides information in various languages.
