Euclid/Schaefer Project
The project, proposed by Orbis Schaefer LLC, aims to develop a 9.82-acre mixed-use area north of Schaefer Avenue, between Fern and Euclid Avenues. It includes 20,800 square feet of commercial retail space, 264 multi-family residential units, and a 132,438 square foot self-storage facility.

Euclid/Schaefer Project
The project was presented at a public hearing before the Planning Commission on May 21, 2025 and the project was approved. The meeting was publicly noticed, open to the public, and included extensive public comment. An appeal has been filed, and the project will appear before the City Council on July 15 at the Chino Senior Center (13170 Central Ave) beginning at 6:00 p.m.
