Active Water Issue

Water service has been restored to normal operating conditions in the Preserve.

Contract work was being completed on a 24” waterline within Merrill Avenue and two connection points were shut down. This was a scheduled closure but the considerable impact on the water pressure was not anticipated. When City crews became aware, the booster pumps were activated and crews worked to reestablish the connections and restore the water pressure.

Thank you for your patience as we worked to restore water pressure to the Preserve neighborhoods. Future work on this water main will be conducted in the evening and with advanced notice to the area.
