Case Management
Case Management services are available to provide information and referrals for City of Chino seniors 50+. A bilingual Case Manager will provide an assessment of an individual's needs and then match them with existing resources. They also provide assistance with social services applications, advocacy services, and the facilitation of other public benefits. Conectando Generaciones
A class that is facilitated in Spanish by a City volunteer every Monday from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. Guest speakers are invited to present various educational workshops, round-table discussions, and monthly crafts.
D.A.A.S. (Department of Aging and Adult Services)
An agency representative will assist with social services referrals and provide bus passes to seniors, 60+, when available, on the 2nd Wednesday of each month.
