The City of Chino reopened City Hall, the Police Department, and the Public Works Services Yard lobbies to the public on May 18. The City has remained open for business via online services, phone, and appointments, but these facilities now resume their normal operating hours of 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, with Chino PD open 24 hours, seven days a week.

Visitors to these facilities are being asked to follow safe distancing. Staff at the Utilities Billing, Development Services, and Public Works counters at City Hall are separated from the public by Plexiglas shields. Decals on the floor indicate safe separation distances for those waiting in line. Physical distancing and safety procedures will be implemented to protect the health and safety of participants and staff.

The Senior Center, Preserve Community Center, Chino Youth Museum, and Neighborhood Activity Center will remain closed. For a comprehensive list of the status of City facilities, programs, and events can be viewed at http://www.cityofchino.org/covid19.
