Case Management

Case Management services are available to provide information and referral services for residents who are low-income individuals or families needing social services assistance. This service is free to the Chino Community.

  • Referrals of Public Services
  • Summer Lunch
  • Medi-Cal
  • Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP)
  • In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS)

  • Senior Services

Case Management Services are available at the following locations and times:

Community Outreach

Mobile Stop is an outreach program which is provided to the community at various locations in Chino. Types of information available at Mobile Stops include:
  • Social Service Information
  • Referral Services for the homeless, physically or mentally challenged, elderly, and Spanish speaking residents
